Okay so we all know Rachel Green to be one of the style OGs of the 90s along side Sarah Jessica Parker A.K.A. The Carrie Bradshaw and Cher Hollowitz from Clueless. Rachel has always been recognised for her cute cut bangs, eye for designer bargains and let's not forget that infamous green dress she wore to Ross's museum benefit in season 3.
Below if you need a reminder:
But let's share the spotlight onto another co-star from the show: Janice. Oh my gawdd. Yes Jaaaa--nice! *foghorn voice*
Janice may not have made the final cut of the "friends" group but she has been a significant character in the show. Despite her relationship with Chandler being on and off throughout the seasons, her style game has always been on point!
Let's take a look back at some of Janices outfits:
For a start the leapard print is consistent with alot of her looks. This leaopard twopiece from season 3 episode 8 is super cute and dont get me started on this furry print bag.. perfect for autumn/winter seaosn this year. I have linked where you can get similar looks.
AND ......
As Janice said to Chandler IN episode...."you seek me out" - you are not wrong girl! We most definitely do!
So why was Janice never considered as a style icon as her cohorts, was it because of her annoying, needy persona or the fact she was not as" classy" or white-passing as her fellow actors. I know for one that the Friends series was not exactly the most friendly when it came to societal issues but that is another discussion for another time.
For one, I think Janice's character is pretty great and she is genuinely a lovely person with impecable style!
